Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, at any time, without notice. You cancel a web subscription directly in your profile. The iOS and Android store versions are in preparation; cancellation through Apple or Google only becomes available after purchases are enabled in the relevant store version. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and then automatically switches back to our free base plan.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your data belongs to you, not the chosen plan. So nothing is lost. All your entries remain safely stored. In the 'Ankommen' base plan you can see your last six months, while older entries are in the background and become visible again as soon as you switch back to 'Entfalten' or 'Erbluehen'. Your previous PDF evaluations remain available to you.

What do you do with my data?

As little as possible. After your express consent, BodySeasons automatically synchronizes health, cycle, and tracking data with your personal account or anonymous backup profile. The compressed copy is encrypted on our self-managed backend. We do not sell personal data for advertising and use no advertising or tracking SDKs. For payments, abuse protection, and requested AI reports, selected service providers receive only the data needed for that function. You enter weather observations yourself; BodySeasons does not request your location for them. Details are available on the Security and Privacy pages.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments in the available web version run through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports it. The iOS and Android store versions are in preparation; store purchases through Apple or Google only become available after they are released and enabled.

How exactly do the plans differ?

Ankommen is the full feature set with six months of history, free forever. Entfalten extends the history to three years and gives you a discount on individual cycle evaluations. Erbluehen additionally includes one evaluation per cycle, with no monthly limit; extra single reports are available from 0.99 €.

What is a cycle evaluation?

A personal evaluation of your completed cycle as a PDF. It analyses what you logged during that period, your mood and energy curve, sleep, nutrition and movement in relation to your cycle phases. For people without a period, this corresponds to a four week monthly evaluation.

Question 7

Can I buy a single evaluation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, without any subscription. You can buy one, three, or six reports as a pack in the signed-in settings area under Reports and use them whenever you want. Members of Entfalten and Erbluehen get a loyalty discount.

Can I withdraw paid analyses?

Accepted Answer

Analysis packs are digital credit and become available immediately upon purchase. The statutory right of withdrawal expires at purchase confirmation. You confirm this notice directly in the Stripe checkout. Subscriptions follow the regular Stripe cancellation flow.

Question 9

Can I use BodySeasons with endometriosis or PMS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BodySeasons works well as a symptom diary: you log pain, cramps, mood or sleep day by day and see how symptoms are distributed across your cycle phases. Many women also use these records to prepare for their next doctor visit. Important: BodySeasons does not make diagnoses and does not replace medical advice.
