Yes, at any time, without notice. You cancel a web subscription directly in your profile. You cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your Apple or Google account. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and then automatically switches back to our free base plan.

As little as possible. After your express consent, BodySeasons automatically synchronizes health, cycle, and tracking data with your personal account or anonymous backup profile. The compressed copy is encrypted on our self-managed backend. We do not sell personal data for advertising and use no advertising or tracking SDKs. For payments, abuse protection, and requested analyses, selected service providers receive only the data needed for that function. You enter weather observations yourself; BodySeasons does not request your location for them. Details are available on the Security and Privacy pages.

Ankommen is the full feature set with six months of history, free forever. Entfalten extends the history to three years and gives you a discount on Lotus. Erbluehen includes one analysis for each completed cycle, with no monthly limit. You can create additional analyses with Lotus; additional Lotus are available from $1.49.

Yes. You can buy 1, 3, or 6 Lotus as a pack in the signed-in Analyses area and use them whenever you want. Members of Entfalten and Erbluehen get a loyalty discount.

Ankommen includes the character equivalent of about 10, Entfalten about 100, and Erbluehen, including Lifetime, about 250 standard responses per global week. The allowance resets Monday at 00:00 in Europe/Berlin. Visible input and response characters determine usage: short messages use less and long messages use more. Technical failures, cancelled replies, proactive information, and important medical or urgent information do not count. One Lotus adds the character equivalent of about 250 standard responses.

Lotus packs are digital balance and become available immediately upon purchase. The statutory right of withdrawal expires at purchase confirmation. You confirm this notice directly in the Stripe checkout. Subscriptions follow the regular Stripe cancellation flow.

Your data belongs to you, not the chosen plan. So nothing is lost. All your entries remain safely stored. In the 'Ankommen' base plan you can see your last six months, while older entries are in the background and become visible again as soon as you switch back to 'Entfalten' or 'Erbluehen'. Your previous PDF analyses remain available to you.

Payments in the web version run through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports it. In the iPhone and Android apps, the payment methods available to you are provided by Apple or Google for your account.

A personal analysis of your completed cycle as a PDF. It considers your mood and energy curve, sleep, nutrition and movement in relation to your cycle phases. For people without a period, it covers a four-week month.

A Lotus is the unit you pay with in BodySeasons. Use 1 Lotus either for a personal analysis as a PDF or for the character equivalent of about 250 standard responses from your personal companion.

Your history remains readable locally and is retained encrypted on the server for no more than 30 days for continuity and synchronization; no more than 50 conversations remain. You can delete conversations. New replies need internet and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or incidents. You control optional reminders.

Yes. BodySeasons works well as a symptom diary: you log pain, cramps, mood or sleep day by day and see how symptoms are distributed across your cycle phases. Many women also use these records to prepare for their next doctor visit. Important: BodySeasons does not make diagnoses and does not replace medical advice.
