Public BodySeasons deletion path

You can delete your BodySeasons account and the associated personal data at any time. You do not need an active subscription or the installed app.

Delete directly in BodySeasons

If you can open BodySeasons, deletion is immediately available as self-service:

  1. Open Settings and select Profile.
  2. Open Account and data.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the installed app

Send the request from the email address of your BodySeasons account to [email protected]. Reply to any confirmation message so we can safely identify the account.

Request deletion by email

Do not include cycle, health, or payment data. The account email address is enough for identification; we never ask for your password.

What is deleted

  • The BodySeasons account and active horizOn sessions.
  • Cloud save containing cycle, tracking, and settings data.
  • Server-side reports and local subscription, credit, and purchase mappings in the BodySeasons middleware.

The web version is available. The iOS and Android store versions are in preparation; store purchases and cancellations are only available after release and activation. If you subscribed through Apple or Google after that activation, you must also cancel the subscription in the relevant store. Billing and transaction records that Stripe, Apple, or Google must retain remain subject to their legal obligations.
