Lighten your thoughts with the Clear head list
When many tasks or thoughts are in your head at the same time and you keep turning them over mentally, use the “Clear head” area.
You can capture things you do not want to forget and sort them by importance. They no longer need to stay present in your mind all the time, and you can let them go for now.
Writing them down can already feel relieving and help you see more clearly again.
When you have time to work through the list calmly, start at the top. I try to complete one item each day. Sometimes an item even resolves itself after a while, almost like magic.
- tasks that can be done later
- thoughts I want to return to
- small reminders
- open decisions
- things that are taking up mental space
