BodySeasons is the digital health journal for self-directed cycle tracking and professional support. We are looking for visionary partners, from coaches to health insurers, to make cycle health a lasting part of everyday life, the workplace, and medicine. Transparent, secure, and evidence-based. One principle always applies: Users decide which data they record and who they share it with. Employers, health insurers, and other organizations never receive individual health or tracking data.

Hormonal symptoms rarely lead directly to sick leave, but they can consume enormous amounts of energy. The result at work is presenteeism: Employees are present but cannot reach their full potential because of pain or exhaustion. This is where smart health support begins, long before a day of absence.

BodySeasons does not prescribe who should do which task and when. Instead, the app helps users recognize their own physical patterns and plan their working day proactively with those patterns in mind.
The goal is informed self-management, not surveillance. Individual cycle and symptom data remains under the user's control. It is not provided to employers or health insurers as performance or health data.
BodySeasons can be included as a voluntary offer in a workplace health or prevention program. Together, we define the scope, support, and a privacy-conscious evaluation. Personal health data remains with users.

An anonymous backup profile enables a start without an email address; a recovery code opens the profile again.
BodySeasons covers natural cycles, hormonal contraception and different life stages through 13 selectable profiles.
Tracking areas can be enabled or hidden individually. Users decide which observations appear on their day view.
Categories, free-text notes and the time period are selected separately. On withdrawal, the coach immediately loses access and the sharing data is removed from active storage.
Personal cycle and monthly reports summarise a selected completed period and can be saved as a PDF.
The website and core services run on self-managed servers. BodySeasons uses no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Data is transferred over HTTPS/TLS. Cloud-save copies, stored AI reports, and shared coach data are encrypted server-side at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Location data is only needed for the optional weather feature. Coach data is limited to granted permissions on both client and server.
Requested AI reports also use purpose limitation, data minimisation, separate consent, documented data flows, and encrypted storage. Individual health data is not provided to cooperation partners.
BodySeasons uses this phrase for a curated research knowledge base for cycle context and everyday guidance; not a database of user records and not a count of unique study participants.
Documented scope as of 2026-07-14: 298 evaluated specialist sources, including 96 studies and meta-analyses with documented samples totaling 171,500 participants, 13 cycle profiles, and 5 age groups.
This scope is an internal project status, not proof of medical efficacy. Sources are weighted and translated into cautious guidance; BodySeasons does not diagnose and does not replace medical advice.
Methodology and named sources on the science pageResearch-based body guidance and reports are clearly separated from horoscope and moon content. Horoscope and moon phases are optional and are not part of the scientific evidence base.
